Bette Nash
Bette is employed as one of our Leecare Senior Consultants. In addition to working with large providers in regional roles responsible for quality / compliance / staff management, she has developed and managed management systems, has been a registered quality assessor with the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency since 2000 and was the State Education Coordinator with AACQA for a number of years. She has extensive experience as an educator, was the Leecare chief implementation and training consultant in Singapore from 2014 – 2018, implementing Platinum5, P5Med and P5Exec into 36 homes, 9,500 beds over that time.
Bette will undertake audits and provide training and support for homes using the Platinum5 suite. She is available for both onsite and remote audits and can provide benefits to your organisation on -site by not only auditing and supporting staff utilise the program to it’s full potential, but further support the home identify practices necessary to maintain compliance. At the end of the audit you will be provided an action plan detailing any areas for improvement with a section devoted to suggestions. The time spent on-site is flexible and dependent on the no of beds / residents.

For over 3 years, Teks has assisted clients with their implementations, installations and upgrades, walking them through each step and ensuring all activities are coordinated between the client, the Support team and any IT team members. Installation support includes everything from the time the Licence Agreement (LA) is received, to implementation/ go live and ongoing Change requests, including arranging Implementation Planning Days, Training, Data Entry support, auditing, consulting and accreditation preparation services and support, setting up Testing / Training environments at mutually agreeable dates with the client and more.

As a Leecare client, you will be paired with a dedicated Account Manager, whose singular objective is to ensure your success.
By gaining a deep understanding of your business priorities, they will work with you to establish a 12-month plan to maximize your utilization of Leecare. They will also conduct regular business reviews to measure actual usage against your objectives and will make recommendations for improvement as needed.
